Builder. Seller. Developer.
I write code that ships real products, close deals that stick, and run a business — all while finishing my CS degree.
I'm Tegan Rogers — a CS student wrapping up my Bachelor's degree while simultaneously running Evergreen Digital, a web development agency I built from zero to serve real local businesses across the Pacific Northwest.
My path didn't start behind a keyboard. I spent 2.5 years in the restaurant industry — working my way from server to bartender to shift lead — learning how to read people, stay calm under pressure, and make every interaction count. That took me to Nissan of Everett, where I've spent over a year as a Product Specialist, guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
Now I combine both worlds. I write code that solves real business problems, and I can sit across the table from a client, understand what they actually need, and go build something that grows their revenue. That combination is rare — and that's exactly the point.
Building complete web applications end-to-end — design to deployment — for paying clients with real deadlines and real stakes.
Founded and operate a web agency targeting local businesses. Revenue-generating, client-facing, and scaling — all solo.
1+ year guiding customers through high-ticket vehicle purchases. Expert at identifying needs, building trust, and closing confidently.
Half computer scientist, half sales professional. Both sides actually useful.
Not school assignments — real products for real clients, live on the internet.
Founded, built, and operate a full-service web development agency for local businesses in the Pacific Northwest. I handle every part of the business — discovery calls, proposal writing, custom design, full-stack development, SEO, and ongoing client support. The agency website is itself a live showcase built to convert.
Complete redesign for a family-owned Redken Club 5th Avenue salon in Everett, WA — trusted in the community since 1977. Delivered a modern, mobile-first site with online booking integration and local SEO built to drive more appointment conversions.
Class projects, personal experiments,
and ongoing builds in the wild.
Built and run a full-service web development agency from scratch. Own every aspect — sales pipeline, client onboarding, design, development, and post-launch support.
Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase journey at one of the region's top Nissan dealerships — from first conversation to keys in hand.
Advanced from server to bartender to shift lead. Managed teams, drove service quality, and led high-volume floor operations under pressure.
Pursuing a B.S. in CS while running a business. Everything learned in the classroom gets validated in production projects with real clients.
The approach that drives 15+ cars a month — and why it works in any industry.
People don't want to be sold to. They want someone who listens, understands what they actually need, and guides them to a decision they feel confident about. That's not a sales tactic — it's just respect. And it's what makes customers come back and send their friends.
A tense customer is a customer who walks. I lead with genuine conversation — no pressure, no scripts — until they feel like they're talking to someone on their side.
I ask more questions than I give answers. Knowing someone's commute, their family size, their budget anxiety — that's what lets me recommend the right vehicle instead of the most expensive one.
My job isn't to close the deal — it's to remove every reason not to. When a customer genuinely believes they're making the right choice, the close takes care of itself.
Every customer is a long-term relationship. The referrals, the reviews, the repeat buyers — those come from the experience I gave them, not the paperwork they signed.
Beyond the bullet points on a resume.
My portfolio isn't class projects. I've built full-stack applications for paying clients that are live on the internet right now — with real users, real results, and real accountability.
Most devs can't sell. Most salespeople can't build. I do both — which means I add value in technical reviews AND client-facing conversations. That's a genuinely rare combination.
Running a business while in school while working in sales proves I don't wait for permission to create value. I find the need, learn what's required, and go build the solution.
Tegan was super helpful and made my first car buying experience easy and fluid. He communicated the process thoroughly while answering any questions or concerns I was confused about. He was charismatic and outgoing which created a comfortable environment for a process I wasn't used to. Overall, it was a great experience and made buying my first car memorable!
Amazing team!! They stayed late and worked with me to get everything finalized for the purchase of my new vehicle! I couldn't have asked for a better, more thoughtful and kind approach!!
Very happy with my purchase. I worked with Tegan and Aaron — they were very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car!
Tegan was great! Car buying is definitely not our favorite thing, but he made it easy and quick!
Mr. Tegan provided us with the knowledge of the vehicle that we had expected. Additionally, he was courteous and helpful. He made an effort to work with us in meeting our needs.
